Terms of Service

The service

Specreel Cloud hosts demo galleries generated from your automated tests, monitors your flows, and provides review tools. It is currently a beta: features may change, and availability is not guaranteed.

Your account & content

You're responsible for your account credentials, API tokens, and everything published under your workspace. Galleries you mark public are visible to anyone with the link; private galleries are restricted to your workspace members and review links you create. You keep all rights to your content — you grant us only the license needed to store and serve it back to you and to those you share it with.

Acceptable use

Only point Specreel (crawls, hosted runs, monitoring) at applications you own or are authorized to test. No unlawful content, no abuse of the service or other tenants, no attempts to access other workspaces.

Plans & billing

Paid plans are billed as described at checkout and can be canceled any time (access continues to the end of the paid period). We may change pricing with notice.

Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Don't rely on the beta as your only copy of anything important.

Termination & changes

You can delete your projects and stop using the service at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. We'll announce material changes to these terms via the dashboard or email.

Disputes

If something goes wrong, email us first — we'll try to sort it out directly. Any dispute that can't be resolved informally will be handled in the courts where we reside, under the law that applies there.
