Privacy Policy

What we collect

Account data: your email and a salted password hash. Content: the galleries, scenarios, comments, and run logs you create — including screenshots your tests capture (mind what your test data shows; Specreel masks values typed into secret fields, but the screen itself is recorded). Usage: view counts and per-flow engagement on your galleries (first-party, no third-party ad trackers), plus standard server logs.

How it's used

To run the service: hosting your galleries, running your flows, sending the emails you asked for (verification, password resets, invites, break alerts). We don't sell your data or use your content to train models. Optional AI features (narration, release notes, analysis) send the relevant text to the configured AI provider only when you use them.

Sharing & retention

Public galleries are visible to anyone with the link. Private galleries are served only to your workspace members and the review links you create. Deleting a project removes its galleries, builds, comments, and analytics; deleting is permanent. Backups and server logs age out on a rolling basis.

Where it lives (subprocessors)

Your data is processed by the infrastructure providers that run the service: Google Cloud (application hosting and gallery file storage), Supabase (database hosting). When the relevant feature is used: Stripe (payments — we never see your card number), Anthropic (optional AI narration/notes/analysis — only the text involved in the request), and our email delivery provider (transactional email). We'll update this list if providers change.

Your choices

You can rename or delete projects, revoke tokens and review links, and delete your account data by contacting us. We'll notify you of material changes to this policy.
